Thank you Ghost for supporting me. I think and thought it was strange that the road-kill presented itself as it did right after posting the "Possum" hub. There aren't many pictures of me but the reason I've taken some lately is I think I look "silly, goofy, weird". It's just a perception I have. I have no idea "where" I fit in. I'm going to do a hub about that actually. I don't feel comfortable with the way I look especially in street clothes. If clothes make the man- I'm a fraud.
My body is a facade.
I've been hit by two cars and a truck. I've broken a lot of bones. The worst that has happened is my back has bulging discs. The VA doesn't want to operate as they don't feel really positive about it.So like on this ride things got really painful. Three of us went up Palmers Grove race pace. The harder we went the worse I got. When we got out to more level road Bruce kicked it up and held it for eternity. My neck and head hurt really bad. Pain ran down my right arm. The pain was very concentrated on the right side of my neck. The pain was overwhelming and I peeled out of the pace-line.
I take no medication for pain. There's always a side effect. And besides- the pain would always require more medication.
So- I'm goofy and I have a lot of pain. Thanks very much Ghost.God bless!

Yo Nomoretrucks! Man I love it when you get over this way. I'm not sure it was 60. It may have been 59. It felt like 61 though! Bruce is such a nice guy. He's often told me that I should get a recumbent because of my neck and back issues. I said I have a "bread" problem too. He offered to loan me his to try it out. I wish you and I could go for a spin. I bet you know some great roads! Take care My cycling brother!
Yo Summer Girl! That's got to be a little tender doesn't it? Isn't the side a bit more painful than, say, the back? I know the shin is awfully painful. Behind the knee is pretty painful. I wanted to get some hair tattooed for my bald spot. I may get "eye" tattooed on my eyelids. That way people won't try to take advantage of my while I'm asleep.
I think the pain is here to stay. It may lessen but when I ride hard, and I quite often ride hard, the pain has to be there. I rode only 40 miles today and even now after being off the bike for hours my arm feels terrible and like it could fall off. I kind of wish it would. Then I'd have a problem that docs could see.
I'll drift on over to Ken's place. I'm now worried about Dusty. He's not answered emails and such.

Ya, I won't lie, I cried, especially when he got to the side part.. (where the head is) something about the erogenous zones being stabbed repeatedly with needles that weakens a girls resolve. Of course being trapped for 7 hours had something to do with it.. I would do it again though, it's going to be beautiful when it's finished.

There are a lot of horses down here. You come down and I'll watch you ride a horse. I haven't ridden a horse since one took me into his small barn, beat me up in there. caught my head on the sill on the way out, and then drug my butt around the field for half the day with one foot stuck in the stirrup.

Yo yo yo! Pmccray! The rascals are cool huh? I wanted to put up another by the rascals- "It's a Beautiful Morning" but the videos I saw skipped or stopped occasionally so I found Ace of Base which is up-beat and bicycle spin class upbeat music. Then John Mayer turned out this nice Route 66 so I went with that. My first choice was Asleep At The Wheel but the videos were not good there either. Peace Sister! God Bless!
